That is all this is, and nothing more. Taking your property so one rich guy can sell it to another rich guy and who cares about the humans that are in the way. If you were able to look in and know all of the details you would find out that some city officials are benefiting financially in some way that is not being disclosed to all interested parties. In Michigan there is often a different motivation to take your property. There are groups of people that have been lured into the idea that people are destroying the planet just by living here and we have to stop them from ruining the planet. Their motivation is not greed but do good environmental activism. They are learning this in tax payer funded state schools from ultra-liberal professor's that are bent on herding American's into cities where they can be controled and watched so they don't destroy the wildflowers. Look deep and you can find connections from billionaires like George Soros who know that if they can bottle up production of natural resources it will cause scarcity. Scarcity produces a demand that can't be met which produces massive profits. Soros and his kind then reap the harvest of their plan, which we all so eagerly participate in. We are patted on the head and told you have done good by not developing oil production, we've saved the environment, but for who? GREED! That is all this is, and nothing more.
