Recently, a move titled “Flow” has been released. The message the movie carries is related to the worlds fresh water supply and how it is diminishing due to corporations taking it over. There are many other underlying messages, all seeming to follow the same theme. Russ Harding, Director of the Property Rights Network at the Mackinac Center for Public Policy is the former Director of the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
